• Creating nude or pornographic content
• Impersonating others
• Spreading false information or promoting harmful activities

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using PixelGenie AI. However, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for service improvement and promotional purposes.

Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and auto-renew. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. After this period, refunds are not provided for partial periods or unused time. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

PixelGenie AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted.
